What are the return conditions?

You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The return form must be completed in full. If you do NOT receive a return form, we will NOT be able to process your order.
Only unused items that are in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
There are, however, some exceptions to this (in accordance with Article 10, paragraph 8). These are products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if the seal is broken:
- All sex toys, including vibrators and dildos
- Catsuits, stockings and tights
- Wigs
- Strings
- Condoms, tablets, lubricants and creams
- Secretbody Gift Cards

NO refunds can be given for sale items.
RETURN FORM
If you are eligible to return your item after checking, please complete our returns form. Please ensure you fill it out carefully. If you do NOT have a completed returns form, we unfortunately cannot process your return.
Returns must be submitted to us within 14 days of receipt. We can only process your return if you notify us within 14 days of receipt and include the accompanying return form. We will not process returns received after 14 days. To report your return, please send an email to info@secretbody.nl.

Sex toys can only be returned if the item is sealed.
Have you bought a new sex toy but are you not completely satisfied? You can only return it if it's in its original packaging and sealed.
Want to return a product? Check if the product is eligible for return under our terms and conditions. Then, check if it's still in its original, sealed packaging. Is your product eligible for return? Send us an email with your order number. If your product is defective, please contact our customer service.
Additional information about our returns policy
- Secretbody will not accept returned items that were damaged, worn, or had their tags removed at the time of return.
- If you receive an order with an item missing its attached label, please notify us the same day if you wish to exchange/return the item.
- We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your order immediately upon receipt before removing any labels or tags.
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate products such as nipple covers. We ask that you try on your Secretbody purchases (thongs, briefs, etc.) over your own underwear.
- Please note that we are not liable for returned items. Please pack and seal your returned item(s) carefully, in the original box.
- We recommend that you send the returned item(s) insured and keep proof of postage.
Secretbody reserves the right to amend this policy, particularly when legislation changes. Please visit this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.
Refund
After receiving your return order, it will take 1-5 business days to process. Once your return has been processed, you'll receive an email from us and your refund will be processed using the payment method you used.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
If so, please contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time for your refund to appear.
If that's not the problem, contact your bank. It often takes time to process a refund.
