Executing Orders
When you place an order, Secretbody processes your personal data such as name, address, city, telephone number, email address, gender, order and payment details. When creating an account, Secretbody also registers your password. This data is used to process orders and manage your account.
- Retention period for order data : 2 years after processing the order.
- Account Data Retention Period : 2 years after account termination.
- Retention period for Financial Data : 7 years after completion of the order (in accordance with accounting obligations and tax legislation).
Birthdays
Secretbody may ask for your date of birth and gender to send you an appropriate gift on your birthday.
Advertisements and Newsletters
With your permission, Secretbody can send you newsletters by email and show you advertisements with information and offers of Secretbody products. This content is tailored to your interests based on previous order and click behavior on the site.
- Newsletter data retention period : Up to 2 years after unsubscribing.
- Order history for Interests : 24 months back.
Third-party disclosure
Secretbody will not provide your data to third parties without your permission, except when required by law or in the event of a merger or acquisition.
